Over 37 years in corporates spanning Banking, Telecommunications, IT, Utilities, Senior Service Delivery and Leadership, including billing and contracts for one of our local Energy Retail businesses, consulting for utilities consultancy business. I have spoken to and worked with tens of thousands of small business customers, most recently those customers have included tenants in embedded networks over the years who have fought just to keep their doors open and some not so lucky which being so passionate about helping people is particularly heartbreaking.
